Wonderful experience, she’s the best.

My 87-year-old mother recently had her first appointment with Kelli Kraaz and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. Kelli took her time with us and never made us feel rushed. She went over every detail of my mother’s current health, as well as the upcoming care and tests she will need, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience, compassion and thoroughness gave our family a great sense of comfort. We feel very fortunate to have found such a caring primary care provider for my mother.

Ms. Kelli Kraaz, APRN is the most through and efficient healthcare provider that I ever encountered. She is friendly, caring, and a wonderful listener. She checks you from head to toe and does a thorough in-take of your past medical history. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a competent and knowledgeable healthcare provider.

Kelli is professional, thorough, caring and considerate. She listened to the symptoms, asked the right questions and explained ( in detail) what she believed to be going on. After providing medical service and guidance, she followed up to make sure that I was feeling better.

Kelli always helps me out always answers my text and replies back right away.
